Vanquishing Evil. We Trust Everyday Recruits to Assert a Stalwart presence Daily Achieving peace for You and me Veteran’s Day, time to say to each Veteran "thank you" for embodying attributes that belong to those who have served to make our country free and lighten the burden in countries where freedom is an aspiration. In my heart I know that each of you [veterans] has made numerous sacrifices to ensure that others and I have certain inalienable rights as a citizen of the United States. I hope you walk with your head held high and know that many of us feel an insurmountable gratitude for all you have done and do for us. This acrostic is my simple way of saying "Thank you and may God bless you!" © Kathy Armijo Nov. 2009 Veteran’s Day

We the people...aren't all the ones remembering our Veterans that should, but it is a step forward that the nation is still united in its support for the fighting soldiers.
