When You’re Reaching…
Reach High!
When you’re reaching for something, not knowing what,
And looking for something, and not knowing where.
When you’re feeling emotions and can’t quite explain,
Try looking to God in your nightly prayer.
You will find answers to all of your needs,
You will find fulfillment beyond your dreams.
You will feel contentment like never before,
Your life will be touched, by God’s moon beams.
The brightness will overcome you, by lighting your way.
You’ll know where to go and know when to stay.
He may lead you on many different paths
But he will bring you the joys and the laughs.
He will fill your heart with such gladness and hope,
He will give you strength to deal and to cope.
So when you’re reaching, reach as high as you can.
He will show you the way, he’ll help you stand.
Believe in God’s plan and you will never be lost.
Don’t waiver from it at any cost.
Keep reaching high to touch his hand.
Any you will be an instrument in God’s Heavenly Band!
