Are There Any Answers?
Are there any answers for the things we now see?
All the crime and violence on our own TV?
Parents killing children and children killing them.
When is all the violence going to transform or end?
Are there any answers to end of this terrible war?
When the death of our beloved soldier’s rapidly begin to soar.
I feel that we are sinking in the quicksand man made,
And only God can save us, even though we all have strayed.
We’ve got to call on him to once again come through,
To save us from ourselves and the destruction that we do.
We always think we know more and can handle what we’ve done.
We forget that’s why he sent, his beloved son.
Nothing seems to shock us, it’s like we’ve heard it all before.
There’s so much anger, so much hate, it’s like someone’s keeping score.
This world needs a heart change nothing else will do.
And only God can change a heart & make the love shine through.
So lets all pray, for the violence to end, it’s certainly over due.
For if God touched the hearts of man, the terror would end there too!
