Dig a Little Deeper!
 
 
When you think you have nothing left to give,
When you think your empty, draining like a sieve.
Dig a little deeper until you find your core.
You will find such treasures there and find a whole lot more.
 
Everything we are or do is somewhere deep inside.
We just have to find it, even when we’re feeling fried.
So dig a little deeper for the treasures that are there.
And you will find so much to give even if it’s in a prayer.

...treasures within a chest...and to get things off ones chest...would always be found in prayer...and in your words.

Bonnie, Thanks for this poem and thanks for the other one about loneliness. Tom is with me always and I feel his spiritual presence. Donna G said she has not been through what I been through so she cannot understand all I feel and am going through but she thinks I am doing o.k. With faraway friends like you I am too. Love, Lois
