A Time for Revenge?
Revenge is so sweet saith who?
Certainly not me, was it YOU?
For I can’t believe it would be,
It would make me sad & uneasy.
I believe when someone has hurt you.
They eventually pay, I think this is true .
I don’t believe any reprisal is up to us.
In time,
They’ll get payback just have some trust.
So sit back and consider only good thoughts.
On what lovely sweet joys this life has brought.
Taking time for revenge is never as sweet.
AS a life without it, for now, that’s a real treat.

who hurt you. I can still see my mother sitting at the TV watching
one of her soaps and saying, "Just you wait, you hussy, you'll get
yours in the end." And when the show was ending, I'd hear Mother

This is something to really think about. You did an excellent job of making those who want revenge on another think twice. Revenge only leads to more revenge. Does it ever stop?
