Cathedral of Illusions

Cathedral of Illusions Sunlight shimmered through entwined trees casting reflections of warmth on the brook within. A red king in flight followed my path magisterially hovering in mid air protecting the sacred dove that carried the promise of peace. Looking back upon dreams images of you appeared and I smiled as I thought of your eyes sparklng with love. If only you could find the path to the enchanted forest we could walk hand and hand in the cathedral of illusions. Copyright Tracey L. Hardie 2001 (poem inspired by the artwork)
