The Last Kiss
Fluttered wings wisped the air,
below me, I watched only to stare.
Smiling at the site of your sleeping form
my heart pounded, yet, I became forlorn.
Yearning to touch what I could not,
you were the one my heart sought.
The one who embrace freely my love,
loving me beyond, and above.
My heart wrenched by your dream
inner feelings wanted to scream.
Without thought I reach out tracing you face
wanting to enter your time and place.
Kissing you light upon your lips
I became lost to the pureness of bliss,
unable to control my wanton desires
I enter your world of burning fires.
Flames scorched my tormented soul
to peaks that burned out of control.
Moans escaped into the air,
my soul to you I submissively bared.
Rapture engulfed with each thrust
seared emotions began to combust,
I cried out, without remorse or shame
forever in your arms I desired to remain.
Kissing you lightly upon your cheek
I knew I could not remain with the meek.
Tear of sorrow escaped with cry
leaving you to dream, I said good bye.
