Do I dare fantasize
the desire of my heart
or merely childe my thoughts
and my heart to feel not?
Do I dare gaze
upon your beauty,
sculptor to perfection,
marveling the contours
of muscle tones that ripple
with each movement?
Do I dare risk
a chance to look
into eyes that window
the essences of your soul,
and see into there depths
reading a story untold?
Do I dare feel
the emotions within my heart,
that grows as moments pass
unnoticed by you,
or should I remind myself
of my simple statue?
I am a servant.
Yet, I belong to you.

This painting haunts my soul... I often wonder why, only to find myself lost into her image.

Beautiful words and very heart felt. I can see why this picture would haunt you as it asks questions that are unheard.
