Poem Artwork

It was late at night
I heard an echoing
Of heels...clicking
On the sidewalk

I could see shadows
Through the trees
Two lovers kissing
On a park bench

I stood there...frozen
Watching. . .
Waiting. . .
Wanting. . .

I heard zippers
Unzippening. . .
Hands moving
To pleasure each other

She slipped onto his lap
Guiding him...she rocked
Back and forth
Their moans carried them

To thrust with greater force
They came simultaneously
Together, they walked
I was an accidental voyeur

I don't even know what to say except "Holy cow"!

When the heat of passion strikes we sometimes all tend to be a little less guarded than normal...dark park, no one around, kisses on a park bench...sounds like a recipe for romance to me.

Caught up in the moment, I doubt they knew you were even there! You were kinda caught between a rock and a hard place (pun intended) Did I say that? Guess I did! Great poem. Joy L. Hale

Oops!....I guess they weren't "really" concerned about getting caught...perhaps they wanted to be seen....
