Good sentiments, and I like the idea of leadership being about service rather than self. The vision you paint is certainly one worth aspiring to.
Of late, though, I wonder how close it is to the USA we see today, where the pursuit of power and wealth can sometimes seem to speak louder than fairness and sharing and where the rhetoric of power can seem louder still than the bombs and daily threats felt by the rest of us.
You have clearly defined where you stand. And I'm standing right along side of you. The way we lead must change from an autocratic top down way of providing trickle down,o something more fair and equal. "All men [people] are created equal.'
It can happen, all we have to do is follow your prescription for our country's, our citizens'and the world's sake.
