Scene One:

In the Spirit, I was taken to a large foyer of a very high quality ofice building.  I stepped into the revolving doors.  Upon getting inside, I was drawn to look straight ahead.  I could see two escalators, one for going up, and the other for going down.

All of a sudden, I was brought to the railings of the escalator going up.  It was glowing of a high quality gold metal.  A huge white angel stood in front of it.  He was glowing ever so brightly.  I saw him holding a large book in his hands.  I knew it was the, "Lambs Book of Life", which is spoken about in the Holy Bible.  (Exodus 32:32,33)  (Psalm 69:28)

As I stood before him, he was thumbing through its pages.  He proceeded to look for my name, while he held a pointer in his hand.  He looked up at me and smiled; for he had found my name written there.  With his pen made of gold, he checked off my name.  He waived me to step onto the escalator.

I knew what was happening.  I was being welcomed to my heavenly home.  I had accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior as a young child.  I stepped onto the escalator's first step.  In a split second, I was at the top.  The light was so magnificant, as I stepped off of the platform.

Immediately, a second white angel stepped forward to greet me.  I could sense his excitement.  He smiled, as he took my hands in his.  He was sent to tour me through my heavenly mansion.  I could hear the sounds of laughter, happiness, and much excitement, as more and more people arrived.

Scene Two:

In the Spirit, I was once again at the entrance of the same office building.  As I stepped inside, I was drawn to look towards the escalator coming down.  I heard sounds of crying and earth shaking screams. 

This escalator was filled to capacity.  People were pushing, shoving, and stomping over one another.  Many fell, as they tried to run back up.  It was too late!  Such heat could be felt, as it began reaching the people.

I knew what had happened.  The names of the people coming down, were not found in the "Book of Life".  There were flames burning up and down each railing.  The cries for help, were of people in terror.  Two large black angels prohibited people from re-entering the room above.  I could hear their laughter, as they continued their mission for satan.

Interpretation:

In scene one, I saw the story of redemption, which Jesus accomplished on the cross for mankind.  I was shown the future, if a person accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.  (John 3:16, I John 1:9, Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23, Romans 8:9,10, Acts 16:31)

In scene two, I was shown what would happen, if a person rejects Jesus Christ.  There was no turning back.  Once people turned Him away, their destiny was sealed for all eternity.  Their voices of terror, rang through my entire being.  I could feel the sadness of God's angels, as they had to turn people away.

Oh dear friends, Jesus Christ is only a prayer away.  Just use the gospel ABC'S.  Accept what Christ did on the cross, believe what Christ accomplished on the cross, and confess your sins brought to your attention by the conviction of the Holy Spirit.  You shall receive eternal life.  You shall have your name written in the "Lambs Book of Life.  (Matthew 18:8, Jude 23)

I believe I was shown this vision for a purpose.  I must share the love of Jesus Christ, while it is still day.  (John 9:4)  As believers in Him, we are to do as the prophet Ezekiel.  (Ezeekiel 3:18,19)  We are to warn mankind of our world today, "Be ready"; for Jesus Christ is coming soon.  If we don't fulfill our duty, their blood will be on our hands.

Question:

If you were put on trial for your faith in Jesus Christ, would there be enough evidence to convict you?
