What do I want to be when I grow up? This is a fundamental question asked by just about every ambitious, visionary teenager and pre-teenager today. They sometimes lock themselves in that world of day dreams and see it unfolding bigger than most of us would - already in our prime. You dare not place an obstacle in front of them; they will find a way to remove it. I’ve watched unnoticed as each of my sons remove the side bar from their crib in order to escape those four barriers. In a nut shell, they visualized freedom and pursued it. With such a mindset their future always looked bright because they possessed that unstoppable philosophy. Their walls always seemed penetrable.

Like the caterpillar going through the cocoon to become a beautiful butterfly, equally, all truly successful people go through walls, which stood in their way towards their destiny. They will also tell you that their success principles were rooted deep inside of them and were the defining agents which helped create the success that you see all around them. If you nurture those roots which run deep within you, your chance of succeeding is inevitable.
