I have already unveiled what drives us as men. But how do we acquire this awesome propellant? What causes us to rise to the occasion no matter what odds come against us? Is it something that we were born with -inherited from our genes? How did we get it? Is it something we acquired from a coach or some other leader who, as if by design, stepped into our life? Is it the refining process which brings out the best in us during our struggle me to swim upstream? Is it inspiration? Is it belief?

Conversely, most of us were born to succeed, yet most of us acclimatize toward failure. What changes within us that causes us to choose the path of least resistance?
A baby elephant once chained to a stake, tugged and tugged, unable to set itself free. His leg bled and ached for some time. After several years later, the conditioned animal - though full grown, the spike removed and the wound healed - now an adult elephant yet he refuses to set himself free. That’s how most of us live our lives – mentally chained to our previous errors in judgment state of affairs.
I’m always amazed by the genius in kids and their nothing is impossible mindset. However as these same kids become adults, conditioned by their environment to fail - their goals and dreams suddenly look unreachable. They sometimes let dream stealers question their abilities as well as their ideas. Unintentionally or maliciously they inject them with venom, killing their dreams along with their desire to accomplish great things.
I admire in us, that undeniable quality: that will to win – being unstoppable. Whenever a problem presents itself, we view it as a challenge and we either go through it, over it, under it or around it. Finally if none of those methods prove to be successful, we view ourselves more bigger and better than anything that could ever happen to us. The latter technique causes whatever seemed to have stood in our way to ultimately detonate itself.
