This is an allegory about sheep who founded a continent, and almost lost it, because they felt
asleep and wolves took over their educational system,
their government and destroyed the family unit.
The Keeper of the Sheepfold: How to Get Back America
Once SLEEP controlled an entire
continent of sheep. First, the sheep fought wars to keep their continent safe. Then they drafted a constitution so that future generations would remember the sacrifice they made to protect their freedom. Unfortunately, soon the sheep let down their guard, grazed wherever they liked, and strolled all day beside the river eating their juicy blackberries. There was enough food, water and shelter for everyone to enjoy with proper management. But the wolves in the forest wanted their pastureland, and their blackberries; they wanted to gain control over their homes and make them slaves.
One day the Head Wolf realized how
to keep the sheep from remaining strong. The first thing he did was to break up the family unit and send the male sheep off to foreign wars. If the male sheep were no longer at home, it would be easy to conquer their families and gain control over their land.
After all the male sheep left, the wolves whispered guilty conscience songs on the radio and told guilt-trip stories on the TV to the female sheep. The wolves wanted to convince the female sheep to sacrifice to the war effort their time in raising their little lambs. They should work in factories to make the world safe for their families and to help their husbands win the battle. While the male sheep were fighting and giving their lives for their country, the wolves made money on the war and laughed about it.
The female sheep worked in the wolf factories, but they were too tired when they came home to teach their children anything. They also drove the school buses, and grew blackberries. Meanwhile, their little lambs raised themselves alone surrounded by the babysitting wolves. Nobody knew it, but there was a Board of Wolves who dictated everything a Teacher could and couldn’t teach. Soon the real Sheep Teachers got disgusted and left the wolf system in desperation to work in other jobs.
The first day of school the little lambs learned that the government was all that was important. They said their sacred vow of loyalty to the pastureland by saluting the flag, but they were never told who it was that was governing them.
Without questioning, the female sheep assumed that the Head of Sheep was telling the Board of Wolves what to do, but the Head of Sheep was asleep. He wasn’t even aware of what was going on.
The Wolf Teachers took over instructing the little lambs. The first thing the little lambs learned was they could not disagree or cause any trouble in school. Everyone was expected to think and become alike in the wolf classrooms. So, the little lambs lost meaning, individuality, ambition, and pride in themselves. Everyone had to fit into the NEW SOCIAL ORDER. Sheep were born to serve the rich and powerful wolves and to work in the wolf factories.
The next thing the little lambs learned was that there was no Great Spirit Sheep who created everything in the world. They learned that everything in the sheepfold, outside the sheepfold, above the sheepfold, or below the sheepfold was controlled by the wolf government. Everyone had to be POLITICALLY CORRECT so as not to offend any of the wolves.
If the little lamb’s parents did not pay an enormous blackberry tax they were put in jail without any mercy shown from the Board of Wolves. Everything was created by the government and for the government to serve the Board of Wolves. The Church must be kept separate from the State the wolves told the little lambs; therefore, the wolves never taught anything about morals.
The little lambs didn’t tell their parents anything about what they were learning in school, because the parents didn’t have any time. The parents were too tired and over-worked by the wolf government to listen.
Sheep had a choice when there was an election, but in reality the hidden wolf pack only allowed two
Traitor Sheep personalities to run for President. It never mattered who won, for the agenda trickery would be achieved just the same. The President was only a figurehead which the rich and powerful wolves hid behind. The President always did what he was told to do or he would be killed by the wolves in an unexplainable accident. The wolves believed a voting sheep who chooses a Personality President during an election will never become so dissatisfied with the government that he will want to start a Revolution, because the voting sleep thinks he has a choice. In this way a few wolves can control many sheep.
The little lambs, because they had no family unit, no sense of belonging to a group, became members of sheep gangs and tore up everything, smearing paint on trees and bushes and destroying blackberries. Nothing was sacred.
The wolves noticed their sinister plan was working. The sheep social structure crumbled. The little lambs turned to loco weed to feel good. After all, the media showed them that their world lacked value; that there was no Great Sheep Spirit who created the world; that their pastureland was only temporary. That even they would not last forever.
As a matter of fact, wolves cause war to eliminate power from developing in a group they want to control when sheep unrest could lead to a Revolution and destroy their plans.
The male sheep were crippled or psychologically damaged after the war. They were no longer a threat to the wolf government. They didn’t get along well with their wives anymore either. All the female sheep thought about was making money and having security. All the male sheep thought about was making war and winning it.
The wolves destroyed the sheep educational system by having the little sheep parrot back what the Wolf Teachers wanted them to remember. Wolf schools brainwashed the little sheep instead of encouraging them to think for themselves.
The Board of Wolves tapped the sheep telephones. They wanted to find out what the sheep were thinking about. The Board of Wolves also had a direct line connected to spy into the sheepfold computer system.
To speed up the fall of the sheep generation, the Police Wolves started issuing over-walking tickets to sheep who went too fast up the hills or didn’t stop at the right time when the police wolves demanded it. The sheep started growing fat. Frustrated by all the meaningless controls, the sheep watched TV and videos more, started eating potato chips and enjoying what little pleasures they had left.
Gradually, the Police Wolves stopped chasing sheep. They thought why not let the sheep destroy themselves. Evil thoughts were encouraged and good actions were never praised or even noticed. The wolves made kindness and goodness seem like a weakness in character.
What used to be unconstitutional was now treated as constitutional. The wolves could win any argument in their Wolf Supreme Court. The sheep became baffled. They wondered how could a government of sheep become so mixed up.
But one little sheep was a non-conformist poet. He began to write and speak his thoughts. The Wolves are coming. The wolves are coming and even now are in our pastureland. A government of wolves have invaded our woods. They are hiding behind our trees waiting to eat up all of our blackberries. Our blackberry taxes, our gas, our electric, our water bills; our wolf TV cable, the wolf internet for our computers, and our income taxes are enough debts. That wolf credit card was issued to give us debt for life. What do those wolves want? They want to own all of our homes, all of our community, all of our nation, all of our world and whatever lies beyond. They want us to rent our own land for the privilege of living in our own homes. The wolves are here. If we are to win, we must get ourselves back into shape and stop reading those wolf newspapers and stop watching those wolf stories on our TV. We must start thinking our own thoughts and stop believing everything on the TV channels and being afraid to share our own opinions with other sheep. We must become like we were once, original sheep. If we are not original sheep leading original lives how can we ever hope to overcome this dilemma? Those wolves want us to believe that we are worthless. That we have no power. But there is something we can do as a nation of sheep to save our country and the world. We can work together to overcome them.
Everyone did not hear those words
from the poet sheep, but a remnant did. They started putting their own loyal sheep back into governmental offices and taking an interest in their community affairs. They bought their own newspaper companies and TV stations so they could get truthful news. They rebuilt their own sheep government the way they wanted it so they could get rid of the excessive wolf taxes. They created elections that allowed every sheep in the community to run for President of Sheepdom. No more party system.
That slowed down the wolves considerably. The sheep also started to drink distilled water, for the wolves had destroyed their water source with dangerous, chemically derived fluoridated water which was destroying sheep health and energy and creating diseases like cancer and arthritis in them.
As the sheep community worked, their influence grew stronger and the wolf influence grew weaker. The sheep stopped eating canned food, boxed food, and mass-produced junk food. They started eating natural foods, vegetables, and fruits at home. They lost weight and became healthy again. Gradually the wolves went away. But wolves never give up. Right now they are scheming new ways of winning and taking over the next generation.
At the National Sheep Convention the non-conformist poet sheep spoke truths he thought the sheep should hear. He said each generation has the responsibility of keeping the current wolves out of their sheepfold. We sheep can lead safe and rewarding lives only if we do not lose our original values. Each generation needs to teach their little ones to be on guard and to be aware of what wolves can do. We must fight to keep our freedom or lose it. Life in the sheepfold and beyond the sheepfold, above the sheepfold and below the sheepfold, consists of being fit to survive. To be secure, sheep have to become aware, and turn off television soap operas frequently to look around and see the world as it really is. We need to talk to our neighbors, discuss the issues and see what is going on in our world.
Wolves are always in the woods. They love to eat the juicy blackberries and to make slaves of unsuspecting sheep who fall asleep and become their prey. Some sheep have no discipline and enjoy eating too much blackberry cobbler. The wolves watch for that. They make creamed sheep-gumbo soup out of them.
The wolves can take our strength and power away only if we listen to their lies. But why give a wolf a chance when we see he’s in our camp? Make him run for his life.
