Mike ODougherty purpose, place, practice! RIP brother

Purpose:

Mike''s purpose was to know God in this world and to be happy with him in the next world. Mike has been promoted to glory! He spent his life serving others and making others feel good in his engineering business, his family and home building business and in his restaurant and his churches.

Mike was very Irish and proud of it.  He didn''t swear. He did''nt smoke. He didn''t drink to excess. He loved dearly his wife Nelly of 41 years. These were his last words to Patrick! Mike had a fun loving dream like character. He was an excellent mechanical engineer who built a high pressure pump hose company

Place: Mike grew up in Mahtomedi and at 3317 West 44st and at 5015 Gladstone Ave in Minneapolis. He attended St Thomas the Apostle Grade school in Southwest Minneapolis and Ramey and Washburn High School. He attended Arizona State where he became an engineer. He built a home at 963 Demont Ave in Maplewood. He gave birth to a son, Stefan at St John the Divine. He lived in Monroe House on Franklin Ave where he got married to Nelly Who he met while traveling in Yugoslavia. Mike built 2 more homes in Florida. 

Practice: Mike touched many lives in a positive Christian way. He was an altar boy. He worked in Dr Stover''s veterinary clinic in high school. He was a paper boy who delivered the Lake Harriet Courier. He built a high pressure pump business with a Latin aengineering partner who he met while working at

 Leer Ziegler in Bloomington. He moved to Florida where he built a Greek Restaurant for 9 years, Nelly''s Taste of Greece.
