Characters: Patient and Doctor
Doctor: What exactly brings you here today?
Patient: Well, I have been developing symptoms since I've been told never to leave my mother alone in her house.I have terrible pain in my right leg and spinal degeneratiopn.
Doctor: Well, you are obese. This is unhealthy. It causes your metabolism to function sluggishly. You are less motivated to fufill your goals. Regarding your mother, simply remove yourself from the situation.
Patient: That's absurd. My mother is unable to take care of herself. No one wants to take care of her.
Doctor: I'm sure your mother never raised you to be so selfish. How dare you think of yourself. And dont bother your family members! They are busy and you know it! Look at you in your luxury condo, eating chocolates all day. Of course you are unmotivated!
Patient: Well that's inappropriate.
Doctor: I know, but you told me all this in confidence and I am the medical professional who cares nothing about you.
Patient: How do I get out of here?
Doctor: You take a left, a right and a left, but I suggest you don't. I'm all you've got and I don't care.
Patient: How does that help me?
Doctor: Why is everything about you? Can't you understand that that is your problem!
Patient: I'm beginning to think you are part of my problem.
Doctor: How dare you.
Patient: You really don't know how to help me. admit it.
Doctor: No!
Patient: Look, I've got the floor. If I fall down, the floor will be there for me.
