No restful nights, whatsoever! My crazy ex-wife is still dozing out hell. Making it harder and harder to see or relate with my children uninterrupted. All concessions I give. Of time, space, money, and money's worth. Through court and mediations many. This time she comes down with an open defiant declaration: "It is on ... Bring it ... And be sorry!" What is on that I have not seen or received from you maiden woman? 

You testified against me in highest foreign courts: “Never knew this man nor to any matrimonial vows did swear ... Never with him in life or in death”. For a space of years in matrimonial courts. Superior courts, before  many  a distinguished Benchh. Judges great, champions of order and statutory complexity, found reason to bid civil stay. With good of kids at heart, ours and theirs! 

“Why do you think she is doing all this? Do you think Bipolar? Any History? Any attempt to get her help...?” “Well… Thanks for being a father at home. Welcome to NJ” My solace and consolation! Agents of State like of trophies giving! To a bewildered heart in front of a ferocious Judge.

Higher Benches and unbending executors of legal jurisprudence, on your buzz and conflicted personality, keep on hold; in years of lawful grill. Hopes and esteemed self, lost in penury and antecedent agonizing melancholy. Yet no end in sight. To your crude rude behavior. The blackmail and harassing aggression! Almost lost two precious children. A day you framed a lie, took a reckless intercostal infidelity ride! The scare, the fear, tender memories unsettling! Lives in them till who knows when!

The Bench that denies my plea to modify, heal or review custody rights with terms abused, now finds room and reason to hark. Behind the back slain by wrong. Another court hearing ... To seek money and more rooms to lie. Shocking double standards! I cry and decry ... Foul play! Fraudulent claims and falsified paperwork. Ten dozen police reports, claims and counter claims. To disorder and conducts unacceptable. Our children sick in the middle, fed with lies and coached to lie. You get away with fraud, and fraudulent treatment do swear you received.

Now you threaten a showdown and the worst ahead. Blackmail to family, friends and all. I know it all. But Thar's ok. Life is just a coaster. High and deep.  Heaven grant you peace and the spirit to know: Your enemy is not that neighbor next, but the monster within … Your very soul and frame! God is Judge. And He will do it well. The road though is rough and rouged. Cloudy hilly is the way. And chilly. But I my hope is in the Almighty. And Truth.
