The Man of Pleasure
A man of pleasure is only satisfied with works of the flesh. The more a woman is immoral, the better. He indulges to the excess with pleasure of any sort, liquor, substance abuse, whore hopping, partying, clubbing and the opportunist. Caligula is the prime example of a man of pleasure. He lives and breathes a life of pleasure even to the point of debauchery.
As an opportunist, he expects nothing of a woman but watches her every move to take advantage of the situation looking for weaknesses in which to step in leading the woman captive for his pleasure.
He is characterized by being nonchalant not bothered by anything looking for a good time, free and abandoned. He is the life of the party always trying to be funny saying things to make women lower their guard and stir up desire to be with him for the evening, all the while he is steering her for the bedroom.
If the woman is an alcoholic or love substances to make her high, a man of pleasure will spend his money to get her in the desired situation prompting her to go to the excess and his main purpose is to lead her to bed for sexual pleasure.
He is subtle and slick giving no indication of his motives accepting every woman as she is saying ‘sweet nothings’ to gain her confidence, telling lies to get her for that desired moment.
Spending the night on the town with a big wad of cash, steady flashing it spending freely like there is no end to this money, getting the woman spoiled like she is the only woman in his life, even though she may be that captive for the night.
The man of pleasure wants no commitment only his woman there to have a good time on his time schedule and a bed partner when the urge arrives.
A woman with good qualities in her personality is not necessary for the man of pleasure. A man of pleasure may think they are an impediment to his success, thereby not even considering this type of woman.
A woman with desires for a good time and lust will fill his bill for he knows he will not have to wait too long before he takes her to bed. If she does not ‘put out’ soon, she will only be in his life as long as there is that possibility. He will leave the unresponsive woman going quickly to the next who will satisfy his need for pleasure.
You will see him at many parties as the one who is flashy spreading it around with the ladies as they admire his antics, usually the life of the party. At the Club spreading money like no end choosing young ladies with wild and abandoned ways, the crazy lifestyle, loose and uncaring who are looking themselves for a good time later after they leave the Club who is willing to satisfy carnal delights of the men of pleasure.
Men of pleasure has a phone book full of numbers and his cell phone seems to never stop ringing, always on the go, never staying in one place too long. He is like the character in ‘Junior Walker’s’ song “I am a roadrunner baby, can’t stay in one place too long.”
A woman of good character would be cautious of this type of man for he is like dope, once he gets you hooked, you become addicted to him and never wants to cut him loose even though you know he is no good for you.
