The Gold-digger
There are many definitions describing the gold digger. Some are characterized below.
The gold digger is described in Kanye West lyrics that is sung by Jamie Foxx:
“She take my money when I’m in need
Yeah, she is a trifling friend indeed
Oh she is a gold digger way over town
That digs on me.”
A girl that is only with a man because she wants his money; she’ll spend it on jewelry, clothes, nails, etc. Once he goes broke she'll go for another man that is rich or just plain financially stable with no concern for the welfare of him or her.
A gold digger is basically a female who admires successful men as opposed to mediocre and unaccomplished men. She lives by the code "lack of money can't buy love and happiness" She is the exact opposite of a "ditch digger" (a female who chases poor males). Then there is the "silver digger" who chases middle-class males probably because she feels she can't compete on a higher level with the caliber of females who score accomplished men.
While some gold diggers are males... they are overwhelmingly females since older wealthy women can't birth children, which are a major stumbling block.
Plus gold digging doesn't work as well for males since males don't have the power to seduce that females have. All a female has to do to become rich is poke a lonely rich man in the belly and her bills are paid.
If a male pokes a rich woman in the belly out of the blue... there is a chance he is going to prison for being a creepy sexually assaulting pervert. It’s dangerous for males to gold dig for the same reason it’s dangerous for males to flirt in the work place. Females are "predator paranoid". That is why most gold diggers are not males. In order for males to gold dig they must be "creepy predators" first.
Gold digger is an abusive sexist slur used generally against young women in love with older male friends, lovers and husbands. While the expression is often associated with the concept of "women chasing men with money"...many young women dating middle class and poor older men find themselves being called "gold digger" as well indicating that it's a slur designed to pervert the beauty of older men much as the beauty of young adult women has been turned into a perversion throughout the years by society. This societal labeling system completes the "perverting" process of older man/young women couples. He is a dirty old man for falling in love with a young adult woman and she is a gold digger for falling in love with an older man.
Some say that a gold digger is a woman who makes the man pay for her, which is the way it should be.
A gold digger is a smart woman who is smart enough not to mess with a broke loser of a man. She prefers rich or well off men who are willing to spend their money only.
One such woman said, “They call me a gold digger just because I don't settle for the bottom of the barrel. I start at the top and go so far down. After a certain point I walk away for new fresh game that will give me what I want.”
Gold diggers are morally corrupt women, conniving, shrewd harpies that preys upon unsuspecting multimillionaires and billionaires, wealthy, well to do, up and coming stars, and those who pose to inherit a fortune.
A gold digger is a prostitute, only more intelligent.
A gold digger is any man or woman whose primary interest in a relationship is to gain material benefits. Nevertheless that man or woman may be looking for love or status/popularity through these material benefits.
Gentlemen, stay away from this type of woman for she is death. She will milk you dry and walk away from you with a cold heart.
