We can use the change of energy happening to make major differences in our lives and the world.

There is an energy of awakening moving strongly through the hearts, spirits and minds of many on our planet. No longer can it be ignored that a vast majority of our fellow global citizens don't have food, water, homes, and other basics. For a while now the spiritual community has focused so much on the “feeling good” of spirituality that an energy of small selfishness has prevailed. This small selfishness is based on only the one person or the small community of people connected to one another. The truth is that we Are All One. There is no other truth but this one. What affects one affects all. This is not limited to prosperity and feeling good, it includes all the stuff we don't want to know about and feel about too. We are all co creating with one another.

The question for the new year is then, “is this the world we want”? Are we creating what we honestly believe is for the Highest Good of All or just for some? Religion has been inclusive since it's beginning. Now it seems that spirituality has adopted some of the same beliefs. We are told that we each create our own reality, our own experiences and while this is true we often leave out the part that we are not creating in a bottle, we are all creating together.

While you create your personal experience you co create with your family members, the residents of your community, your state, your nation, continent, and the world. It's bigger than just you creating your small world. Your world is connected to the whole world, everyone's experiences are entwined, there is cause and effect in each thought and action. Denial of what is going on in your larger world doesn't mean it's not happening, nor will looking at the poverty of others bring poverty into your life. The contrast of seeing what you do not desire to experience for yourself personally is a great gift to you. It allows you to choose what is desired to experience while at the same time sharing your positive energy with others who have created for themselves less desirable experiences.

There is a lot going on in our world that affects us all. Global warming, poverty, sickness, homelessness, and much more. These things are being experienced by millions of people who have on some level created this to experience. However, and this is a big one, when the rest of us who have created prosperity and well being for ourselves turn a blind eye to the suffering of others not only are we not helping our brothers and sisters, we are indeed thickening the soup. Our attitude of denial and ignoring what is happening to others actually gives energy to it. It's fear and resistance that wishes to deny the horrors around the world. Just looking at what is happening will NOT bring it into your experience, it will however give you opportunity to see options to help change what is not wanted.

There is no place for fear in our world, that's what created this mess. Fear is also what keeps us from restoring balance to our planet. Open your heart and mind, see the problems, and allow yourself to Be a part of the solution.
We are family, each and everyone of us, connected, One.

We can Be the change we wish for the whole world. Be awake to the things you can help to change.
