I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico, which is a sleepy one-horse town of about 500,000 population including the horse.  For those of you around the world, who may not know where New Mexico is located, the state is located in the southwestern part of the United States between Texas and Arizona. 

The atomic bomb was developed at Los Alamos, which is about an hour north of Albuquerque, and the first atomic bomb was tested in Alamagordo, which is about 200 miles south of Albuquerque, 

Over the past year, I've been actice in a scary situation happening at Kirtland AFB, which involves a fuel spill that happened years ago, and threatens the ground water in the area.  The fight between the state of New Mexico and the federal government has been going on for years over the clean-up and the costs. 

I live about one mile or a 15 minute walk from gound zero at Kirtland AFB.  This is of great concern to me, because I live so close to the base.  Kirtland AFB, is also home to a storage depot of nuclear weapons.  It is said that there are over 2,000 nuclear bombs stored in the mountians just south of Albuquerque.  As a matter of fact, the distance is only about 5 miles from where I live. 

Sandia National Laboratories (Energy Department)  are located on Kirtland AFB, and is about 3 miles from where I live.  I have given the reader all this geography, because of the frightening full-page ad that was published in the Albuquerque Journal on September 21, 2011.  The full-page ad reads;

My Two-cents;  Everything is centered about trust and credibility!  Is this a scam?  I this for real?  Is this part of the government?  Is this a private person; a contractor?  Are there any fees?  I've read the Albuquerque Journal for over 50 years, and I've never seen anything like this before.  Somebody paid over $2,000 for this full-page ad...is it lagit?
