To the man who pleases him, God gives wisdom, knowledge and happiness, but to the sinner he gives the task of  gathering and storing up wealth to hand it over to the one who pleases God.

Have you ever felt that you just cannot rest well?  You might be in bed, trying to sleep but your mind just keeps spinning.  As we toil on this earth, we are placed in environments of high pressure and demands.  Often, we carry tension from being in these environments home with us, long after we have left the place of pressure.  Sometimes it may seem as though, no matter what we do, we are not satisfied.  We cannot rest. 

I believe that God desires for us to have rest and peace.  In spite of the environments that we may be placed in, if we turn our thoughts, mind and spirit to God, he will provide us with rest.  If we strive to put our trust and hope in God, his word says that he will provide us with wisdom, knowledge and happiness. 

Earthly business will not satisfy us.  Many times, it will just make us weary.  Although, for most of us, we must endure our business, God can and will provide us with the satisfaction we seek if we keep our eyes on him.  Despite whatever is consuming your thoughts, trust in God and seek God always.  It is only what we humbly accept from the hand of God that will bring us peace.  Believe that God is with you, wants to bless you, wants you to be in peace in all environments and wants you to be happy.  Striving to please God is the way to satisfaction.
