Can one have illusions of delusion?

It has been suggested, by several of those who know me well, that I may be delusional.

I should think that in order to be DE lusional one would first have to have been lusional. Such as the case with deflate, which must previously have been flated, or defrosting something that is not first frosted.

I do not think I was ever lusional. I cannot remember being lusional? Nobody ever said I was lusional. I should think I would have known if I was. Could I have been lusional without realizing it?

Is lusional even a word?
I found it in none of my dictionaries. One asked if I meant fusional?
Which sounds like it has something to do with electricity?
Another suggested illusional, but that would be sick.

Can one have illusions of delusion?
If so, who would have them? Would it be I, or my accusers?

I suggest collusion in those who suggest delusion.
I must find a way to decollusion them.
