What do they mean "Bush wants to restrict American travel abroad?"

Quoted from AP Medical Writer Lauran Neergaard's Nov. 2, 2005 Associated Press article: U.S. COULD RESTRICT TRAVEL TO PREVENT FLU: http://www.comcast.net/news/index.jsp?cat=GENERAL&fn=/2005/11/02/255520.html

With a public increasingly jittery about the H5N1 spread among birds and a drumbeat of criticism that the nation is woefully unprepared, President Bush on Tuesday outlined a $7.1 billion strategy to get ready for the next pandemic. Topping his list is improving systems to detect and contain the next super-flu before it reaches the United States _ and overhauling the vaccine industry so that eventually, scientists could quickly brew enough for everyone within months of a pandemic's appearance.

He can't handle Cheney; He can't handle Delay; He can't handle a disaster in the Gulf while he sips cocktails in Texas at a political fundraiser, and most of the time he can't even make his own children behave in public. He won't talk to mothers whose sons and daughters die for a reason we have yet to figure out.

Folks, I'm sorry to announce the verdict is in. . . this man is truly crazy--or a  reincarnation of Benito Mussolini and Napoleon Bonaparte.

November 1, 2005. A brand new month, with a brand new Big Brother Master Plan. The president of the United States of Believe Anything He Says, George Walker Bush PhD (Pretty Hard (to) Describe) has announced to the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD, that he wants to spend at least $7.1 billion of your tax money and my tax money to play God.

I may be wrong about this, but here's what I observe about the president of these quickly dis-united States of America:

a. He can't seem to get his cronies to agree on a Supreme Court Justice.

b. He can't seem to do anything without a teleprompter except read "My Pet Goat."

c. He can't . . . oh just name anything that starts with the letter "M" for "money." How is the world can this man see all of the chaos that hurricanes, mudslides, world hunger and tsumanis have caused since he stuck his foot in the door to the Oval Office for the second time around, and not use that money to (oh gee, where do I start):

1. Education loans

2. Heath Care Assistance (to people who can't pay the drug pimps)

3. Support for Nursing Homes

4. PUBLIC Education & TEACHER salaries

5. Hiring more police. (Honest ones who don't beat people!)

6.  Housing for those who lost their jobs to every other   country except Canada and France

7.  Decent shelters for battered spouses

8.  Improving conditions in animal shelters

9.  Literary programs for people who can't read

10. Subtance Abuse Rehabiltation

12. Oh oh! The environment

13. Community Youth Centers in rural and not-so-rural areas

14. Social Security (that will surely go broke if this scheme goes through)

15. Building up levees, the right way

16. Artists Communities

17. Organic Farm Production--unless we start funding Soylent Green.

18. Alternative Energy Sources that are not black, and greasy, and end up getting more than 2,000 Americans killed in a war where the mission was already accomplished.

19. Health Education since it is obvious that W-42 has had absolutely none--considering his alcholism and recurring delirium with this bird flu thing.

20. Business loans so people can once again, PRODUCE, DISTRIBUTE & BUY AMERICAN!

The pharmaceutical companies are a BUSINESS! Hospitals are a BUSINESS. They just hire people to wear white lab coats so that they look like they want to help us.

Lobbyists for drug companies and people who run drug commercials--I ain't talkin' 'bout that sad egg in a skillet pretending to be your brain on drugs either--are padding political pockets thicker than the walls of every padded cell in the prisons and psych wards in America. So if we as a people continue to act like dumb goats, and this plan goes through with the money we are paying through the holes in our Levi's and our Hanes, all that we will be doing, in my (do we still have free speech or is that gone down the tubes too?) funding drug companies to put more and more poison into our systems that will effect us, our children, our genetic code, and our nation. Why is is that we cannot support natural health alternatives that will cure diseases if we give the methods enough time? I'll tell you why--because the rich won't be able to live off our our corpses any more, that's why.

Well, I can't say that you'd agree or not with anything you've just read, but I do know this.

God made everything. . . Satan made the flu. I've got my money on God. And if our president believes in God, he'll pray for cures instead of more "milked money."

And if you really think that the man is sane, may I present this piece of information--President Bush is as dangerous as Caligula was in Rome:

Bush's Labor Board ruled that employees are not allowed to talk to each other after work about joining a union. That denies free speech--a constitutional right. We need to challenge these rulings. They are unconstitutional, but they will stand on the books until challenged.

Bush wants to restrict travel from one neighborhood to the next. He wants us at home, scared to death. The easier to control us then, my dear.
