Successful people do not always have college degrees. . . just two ears to listen to people who know what they are talking about, and unafraid to try something one more time regardless of how many times they ran ashore in the past.
This is something I've seen in quite a few church bulletins, and always enjoy seeing as if for the first time. Since being involved in a team-encouraging business like YTB this is something that might work for anyone in most settings (especially when people treat each other as worthy human beings.)
