Stop this criminal!!!

Before the total indifference of visitors, authorities, and the committee in charge of the organization of the exhibition, children were encouraged to provoke and scare a dog – LEFT TO DIE OF STARVATION AND THIRST as part of an “art project” presented by Guillermo Habacuc Vargas, in the course of this year’s edition of the Costa-Rican Biannual Exhibition of Contemporary Arts.

This hideous crime, however, granted the “artist” the actual honor of representing Costa-Rica in the 2008 Honduras Central-American Biannual Art Exhibition!!!

Please help stop this monster perpetrating more cruel crimes “in the name of art” by signing a petition to boycott his presence at that festival and by making this campaign known by as many other caring and compassionate people as possible!
