Jesus Teaching the people somwhere on a hillside way north of toronto. They started gathering since 7am
"Luke chapter 9"

JESUS had been teaching all  day; you would expect him to be finished by two, just around the time when churches dismiss; so people could go home and prepare there meals. But we noticed that he just kept on teaching and the people kept on listening no one was moving. At about 5 oclock, one disciple, realize  that he was very hungry; so he thought  the crowd must be hungry too, so he discussed it with the others. Very discreetly he inched his way up to where Jesus sat on the hill  speaking. Coming up behind him he said master, its getting late and the people are hungry and there is not a store within miles of here. So, the other disciples and i were thinking "ah" ..can you please dismiss the people now?  Jesus kindly said," you give them somthing to eat". And without another word to him he continue his teaching. The people were glued to his teaching and so they did'nt even notice the interruption.  He went back to the others and this is the conversation they had. Did you tell him the people are hungry? "yep" did you tell him that we are miles away from any store? "yep" did you ask him to dismiss them "yep" So what did he say? He said I am to give them something to eat. He said What? , he said, that I am to give them something to eat. So start counting heads my brother. Well to make it easier  they only counted  the men. There were 5,000 of them. Making way through the crowd he went back to Jesus to  give a report. Master there is a little lad here with a Mcdonald kid's lunch; five fish sticks and some fries. O K Jesus said let the people all sit down in group of fifties. Just picture  twelve guy's trying to get 5,000 hungry men plus women and children to sit down in groups of fifties; I think it would be easier to herd 100 canadian geese across the 401 at rush hour. But nothing short of a miracle, within half an hour they were all seating on the grass in fifties. Jesus took the kid's lunch, held it up to heaven, and said, Father  for this meal that is about to be served, we thank you; may you bless it , and multiply it; and all will see your power and glorify your name forever.
