Hello once again, today I am writing an article about "Where No Person Has Gone Before- All About Self Publishing."

Everyone dreams of getting something published by a big time reputable publishing company but the truth is that every year many people who submit a manuscript to them gets turned down. It is either because the publishing company is not looking for a book in that genre or that it needs to much editing.

So, what do some people do- the spend the money to have their books published by one of many self-publishing companies out there.

Some of these self-publishing companies want as much as $1,000 to have your book self published and they have different package deals. How many of us have that kind of money in today's economically?

The good thing about self-publishing is that your manuscript goes unabridged and it is published in the way you wrote it. It is edited by you and not an editor that slices and dices your original manuscript.

I contacted http://outskirtspress.com and they have a number of different packages. However, they are very expensive. You may want to check this out.

The best way to get your novels, stories, poems, out there is to use the Internet to get noticed. If you have the money to get your manuscript published - Great. It will take about six weeks to do it.

Most of the expensive ones cover everything from publishing, marketing, and etc.
