The importance and maintenance of the lymph system.
Let’s Talk Lymphatic System (LS)
This system is a network of tissues and organs that help rid the body of toxins, waste, and other unwanted materials (dead blood cells, cellular debris). LS tissues and organs are comprised of the tonsils, thymus, spleen, White Blood Cell’s (WBCs) and lymph nodes (or filters)— which create, store, and carry the WBCs or lymphocytes, that fight disease.
