Pitch less Motion, A Blue Line Review, and. Butts Decision in police officer Scott Patrick's death. Why weren't these legitimate legal positions honored? I am going to ask for the St. Paul Civilian Review Board to re-opened the Fitch Case! I think this case is a case in failed internal police decisions. It is a recrimination case. Why would police Officer Scott Patrick be disciplining another police or military personnel's son in daylight at Smith and Dodd? Who is Fitch 's doctor? Almost every mass murder in American has a psychiatrist in the wings?

 

I attended Officer Scott Patrick's Funeral and I honored his life and death. I invited the Senior Center Staff in Downtown St. Paul to attend this funeral. I invited the staff at the Sholom Nursing Home in St. Louis Park to honor this police officer's life and death. The response was a full pornography assault and later a physical assault on March 8, 2016.

There is no excuse for this!
