I. Narrative--Sholom Nursing Home, St. Louis Park, Minnesota

I, Patrick A. ODougherty, was reading Diane McWhorter's, Carry Me Home, history book, in Patricia ODougherty, 107A apartment in the Sholom Roitenberg nursing home.

 Diane McWhorter is 

The Dutiful Daughter of the South, historian.

It is the story of the Bombingham 

Al Church murders.

I was 

Reading this book and having a 

Brown Bag  lunch 

There was a knock at the door 

And three persons I had never met

Said there has been a forced entry

By an Ana Marie whose last name has never been revealed.

The low level Book keeper personnel types-claimed  a beyond Shinders situation.

I clicked on my recording device. 

Patrick ODougherty, then, asked the staff to call the police. 

The manger, Zamil, on call did not show up for nearly three hours.

The police officers called to the scene, Officer Josh Ryan and Officer John Herman,  covered for the MIA manger by issuing a traffic/Trespassing citation. They later DOCTORED a police report and refused to appear as witness in Judge Meyer's courtroom.

Nursing home problems are routine.

The police officers scene I called to the scene did not honor one request I made.

I requested a lawyer and told the officers this is a Southern Law and a Poverty case

When the court hearings came up, the traditional group of government perjurers was trotted out. Dr. Larry Panciera, the "P" stands for Perjury!

 

III.However, once perjury gets placed in a government record. There is no possible chance for an indictment.

I asked the courtroom to take the lawyers swearing in oath and later the Oath to West Point. They definitely would not do this. 

 

IV.  I made the case for a Pitchless Motion, a Blue Line Review and a Butts decision. Judge Missy Meyer declined these motions? Why?

VI. Snowballing it! 

December 26th is the Anniversary in Minnesota history of the Mankato Lynchings. I choose this day to file a case against Judge Missy Meyer. Judge Meyer is a mercenary from Michigan and not a judge. She is covering for police insiders in a collateral damage government case rather than deal with the failure in police discipline and inside police corruption issues obvious in this case.

Legitimate Legal Pleadings

I made legitimate legal pleadings under law  in my alleged trespassing case. I called for Pitchless motion, a call for a Blue line Review and a Request for a Butts decision. I didn't make these requests out of self interest. I made these requests because my interpretation of police officer Scott Patrick death is a FAILURE in police and military discipline. Consequently the situation has SNOWBALLED. I felt intellectually raped after her no rights dismissal. 

 

X.Five Dead in East St. Paul--The Neutrality of the Minnesota Bench has been permanently Corrupted!

There are five deaths in the Railway swing district since Judge Meyer's decision. This is a Stolen Lives case and one of the victim is an elderly woman named Meyer. Her family got no compensation for her stolen life. 

Ship the Judge Back to Port Huron, MI.
