Nixon was faced with a Democratic Congress. He had to fund myriad LBJ programs. Instead, he took America off the Gold Standard. DFL sincurecprograms create dependency and anger!
Richard Nixon was faced with a democratic congress.
The Gold Standard!
Asking him to sign appropriations for LBJs government dependency programs. Dependency creates anger. Instead, he got America off the gold standard. Kissinger and Nixon did Open Door to China.
