    Critical Legal Studies and the 14th Amendment beg many questions! What has happened to the Equal Protection Clause in the 14th Amendment? Ask yourself this question the next time you enter a courtroom.

The Purloined Letter!

     As an actor and National Civil Rights Leader and founder of Critical Legal Studies ask yourself this question Where is the Purloined Letter?: The American Constitution.  Why can’t the actors in Edgar Allen Poe’s the Purloined Letter find or see the letter? Because The Letter is right in front of their eyes! The Purloined theft is right in front of their eyes. There is no honor among thieves. 

  A-Legal Brown Out!

The major clause left in the American Constitution is the “takings-clause.” Tell the Judge in your hearing you do not want to check your mind at the courthouse door and bring your wallet to the bar. Tell the judge you do not want a legal “ brown out.” 

The 14th Amendment 

      Does the 14th Amendment still exist? Does the Equal Protection Clause work in CASTE SYSTEM of St. Paul, Mn? 100,000 inhabitants in St. Paul live below the poverty line. Does Senator Al Franken live below the poverty line?  Has the 14th Amendment been stolen from the American Constitution right in front of your eyes by the plutocrats on the hill, the Capitol? 

Jurisprudence has translated to “Jurispsychopathic”

    “Jurispsychopathic” is a new term in the legal dictionaries. An example of a a jurispsychopathic”  legal  decision is Judge William Leary’s judicial activism in the Geronimo Yanez decision.

Was the role of Judge William Leary in this case a GUNSLINGER from the bench? 

Is Senator Al Franken a “Jurispsychopath”?
