Life does not bring guarantees! What happened in St. Paul to the inheritance Pedro’s lugge left for the city for a city park and rock garden?

Life is quite risky. There are no guarantees. Look into your mirror for daily assessments against life’s blizzards! What happened to last weeks snow?
