Pale Areas, Palestine and the Philistinism of Language!

Why do e.e.cummings and bell hooks spell their names in small letters? They do this to in my opinion to distance themselves from the Philistinism of language or the a Palestination of language. This plays hard in my opinion into the situations in the Middle East. The condensation in language areas especially resonate with the Palestinization of language issues. Can the Bible be condensate into fear, fight or flight commands. If the Bible was written without punctuation, is it an interior dialogue? Israel is mentioned in the Bible. America is not! Relate this to language and validation questions in small and large letters.
Finally, the Pale areas of Europe have a very complex and important part in the history of Europe. Is your family a product of the Pale areas of Europe? Pale Horse, Pale Rider has carried my love away.
