Look to your core. Do not accept external judgements. Make a list of IAM affirmations: loved, grateful, authentic and say these affirmations aloud as you take deep breaths in and then breathe out. When you are done breathing in your affirmations make a move with your feet and body and arms. Make new moves and let these actions emanate your body energies and frequencies to your relations ships. Relationships are one of the hardest things in life not the easiest. Look to your core and refresh your core. Make a list of kindness gifts you can share as part of your refreshed energies. Practice meditation and yoga. Try new dance forms. Your name is a prayer. Connect the dots.
