I, Patrick ODougherty, won the debate sponsored by Washburn High School with Milford Q Sibley at the Unitarian Church on Minnehaha and the Parkway. I personally invited Milford Q Sibley to pack up his carpet bag and head to Atlanta, Georgia, and actually realize the Civil Rights Dream.
