Herbert Hoover did this. One of the Adams president’s did this. I personally give restorative justice people’s a very high grade. Look at the 12 Apostles for this. Jimmie Carter is a Nuclear Physicist. Walter Mondale is an exemplar Progressive politician from a very small Minnesota town.
I personally give Jimmie Carter and Walter Mondale high grades from a Catholic perspective.

I personally give Joseph Hrabe, a family friend, my highest grade as a historian. He built a Hrabe Stadium with his own money and he died intestate!
