Snacks - it's not necessarily a bad thing. In fact, even while dieting, you can afford to eat a variety of snacks to control hunger and reduce overeating.Unfortunately, most people choose foods like sweets and chips for snacks; foods that harm so go with some healthy snack that helps curb hunger without interrupting your appetite for the next meal.
Choose healthy snacks
Select foods that are tame hunger, the body charged with energy and provide important nutrients. Choose snacks of 100 calories or less, so as not to go beyond the sum of their daily calories. You can eat more foods with low energy density, such as carrots, grapes and air popcorn.
Choose snacks from these food groups:
Fruits and vegetables. They provide a feeling of satiety and contain virtually no fat, low-calorie. Fruits and vegetables also contain vitamins, minerals, fiber and other nutrients.
Whole grains. Snacks whole grains are rich in fiber and complex carbohydrates, which provide energy and make you endurance. Look for products such as crackers, low-fat whole-grain, whole-grain crispbread and so on.
Nuts and seeds. Nuts and seeds are rich in protein, so you'll feel full longer. They often contain a lot of fat, but it's mostly monounsaturated, healthier types of fat. Nuts and seeds - foods high in calories, so do not eat them in large quantities.
Low-fat dairy products. Cheese, yogurt and other dairy products are a good source of calcium and protein, as well as many other vitamins and minerals. Choose low-fat types. Some yogurts have extra added sugar, watch this.

Though snacks can contribute to a healthy diet, they can also be a source of extra calories if you're not careful with them. For example, a handful of almonds (about 14 nuts) contains 100 calories. But a cup of almonds contains more than 800 calories. So be careful and stay fit.
