Holding a grudge is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die.
It's a sad fact that throughout life we are going to meet some very un-pleasant people who may have the intention of harming us in one way or another. This can be in relationships, friendships and workplaces. We don't always see it coming but we do certainly feel the impact of their bad intentions. More often then none these people don't feel guilt or the need to apologize because the problem is initially within them, they are most likely very miserable with themselves so they don't see any wrongs with their behaviour towards others.
We may hold onto the fact these people don't feel any sadness for the sadness they have brought unto us and this can be something we hold onto out of anger and frustration. What we fail to understand is that it makes no difference to them whether we hold onto it or not, it wont make them want to apologise or care for your feelings suddenly. You in fact harm yourself more than you could ever harm them by giving them that power in holding the grudge.
Train your brain to understand that even if they never apologised you can pity them but not vengeful, when you allow yourself to feel anger over it you allow more negativity into your life and this will reflect your choices, results and attitude.
This book consists of a 150 pages of Christian poetry about the end of time and the Second coming of Jesus Christ not as a servant but as a King, the King of kings. To bring righteousness and peace to the earth and restore the government of God! Peac
