The Old Perceived Luck Of The Draw And Political "Loopholes"


For some time now, in my mind, many people have felt like they really don't have a chance in this modern day life. Its been like a damned if you do damned if you don't situation.

Where if you ended up in trouble it was just the luck of the draw.

Maybe you didn't do nothing wrong, but can you prove it? Can you hire someone who will and can prove it?

Sometimes a person's beliefs of right and wrong don't akways coincide with what the law says, so a lot of times when you think you've done nothing, you might not know what you've done that may not coincide with the law.

Other times there may be persons who are pushing a political agenda and may tend to bend or break the rules to fit what they have set out to accomplish.

Everyone is not in. That is why these kinds of things make me angry.

I'm trolling around doing what I'm supposed to be doing and some one who I think has my best interest at heart is goofing around and playing games.

A dollar is very hard to earn for some people. It always has been for me. So I take these kinds of things extremely serious. It can mean the difference between life and death for me. It seems there are some people who place a monetary value on other people's lives and don't care about what they do to them or what detriment that they cause to happen to them.

The person could be their nemesis, etc. A lot of times I have found that a lot of people don't know that.

They don't know grandpa Jones might have gotten angry and punched a fella in the face in 1899 and his children and children's children have sworn revenge on all the children born or to be born to grandpa jones thereafter.

So like me, a lot of people find that the world is spinning out of control and they reach a climax they didn't expect and they don't know why.

And I have found that a person who has declared you as a sworn enemy will keep after you and keep after you, and keep after you. I have also found they will use any means necessary to do you in.

I know there are a lot of honest capable forthcoming citizens in our nation.

I also know there are people who will play the I know what you know game in attempts to undermine so as to push forth their own agenda.

So a lot of times I've heard life ain't fair, it's not fair, etc. It's not.

I have always called it stacked. But it might not even be that. It might just be evil doing in disguise pushing forth some one's agenda for revenge against a person and utilizing the legal system to do it.

The human mind is very fragile and culpable. It can be molded and shaped so as to do pretty much anything anyone who knows what they're doing wants it to.

Hence my anger with some school teachers.

A lot of times in psychology they speak of operant and another kind of conditioning. I can't remember the other one.

In operant conditioning they tell of the scientist Pavlov and his use of conditioning with his dogs.

What Pavlov would do was set a meal before his dogs and ring a bell. The dogs got accustomed to the notion that this was going to happen everyday. Then Pavlov started simply ringing a bell without the food. At the sound of the bell, the dogs would salivate in anticipation of their meal.

Human beings can also be conditioned through punishment to carry out the will of another person.

A lot of human behavior is learned behavior. If a child touches a stove and it is hot and they burn their hand, even slightly, they're not going to touch it again. It is associated with discomfort and pain, something a human being never wants.

So much so, also in relationships. If a person is bad for you, you get out. Hence, divorce.

There is also a term for depression that was often used in the '70's called learned helplessness. That's what I always told myself I had. An inability to do anything about anything.

So I did my tour at EA, emotions anonymous and went through all of the emotional things, crying spells, etc. Plus females are known to be 99% emotions anyhow.

So it wasn't wierd or strange to me to be emotional. I just never knew there were people going behind my back plotting and planning my demise at every step I would make.

I just didn't know that.

I always did, though, feel like the butt end of a joke a lot of times.

I finally did settle down and decide to look in to what was going on and wrong in my life and why.

So it comes down to stereotypes and labels.

Immature people I guess will call you names.

That's why some one invented the sticks and stones verses.

Sticks and stones will break my bones but words will never hurt me.

Well words hurt when you hear them to your face.

But you don't let it bother you. You just have an understanding with yourself that there are people who are like that, avoid them like the plague. It will be the same difference. Detriment.

It seems that there are some people who are outright hell-bent on an agenda.

I guess sometimes all you can do is pray. It's what I taught my daughters to do. There are many different kinds of people out there. They don't all have your best interest at heart and there is a distinct difference between what's best for you and I'm sworn to do my job.

So most of the time the fault lies with the middleman. People get clouded vision and fly off the handle and wrail accusations, sometimes at the innocent. And that's not fair, to be caught up in the middle of another person's feuds.

It becomes a tough game to play, as it were. Some people get vengeful. I always say vengeance is mine saith the Lord. Some people get human. It happens. A lot of people get sick and tired of being sick and tired of the same old malarkey day in and day out. I know I do.

So the best thing I have found to do is pray. I know people can be underhanded and down right dirty. To me, God is the remedy for that. He made us all.

The Bible says that God made the sun to shine on your enemy as well as yourself. So sometimes having an understanding of life and people and the way they are gives you the ability to move through your life being happy and content with the blessings God has given you. You can't change the way people are. Adverse people are people you stay away from and ignore. They don't mean you any good.
