Unnerving.

Last night I watched a movie called Godsend and it was one of the most unnerving movies I've seen in a long time. Much better than Alone in The Dark and White Noise--recent releases. Mainly because the storyline was focused on cloning and the terrible things that can go wrong. There were no monsters in the film, no ghosts, ghouls, walking dead. It was a story focused on the reality of man's sticking his nose in where it doesn't belong.

I really have no established opinion on cloning. But this movie demonstrates that when too many are involved in a project meant to serve their own purposes--watch out! The plot was suspenseful and kept you constantly guessing about what went wrong with the cloning. You wondered if this could happen in every instance. When the mystery was untangled near the end, the answers were so unnerving as to keep you thinking long after the movie ended. I won't reveal the plot or the ending, but I will say that if you want to see a movie that was intelligently written, mind bending, and keeps you on edge until the very last scene, Godsend is it. That movie will be with me for a long time to come.
