I would love to take part in the challenge, Cheryl, but it may prove to be difficult at best. I am on the poor side, and can't afford a lot of things after bills, plus I get paid every two weeks. I DO have some books by fellow Authorsden authors (Michelle Kidwell, Bill Heffner, The Voice, E.W. Richardson, etc.), but they were graciously sent to me. I didn't buy them. I would love to get more, but I can't afford it now, not with my working at a low paying job. I hope you understand my circumstances; many people don't.

I think it is a wondeful idea. It is true that we should be willing to support each other's works. We are like an online family, are we not? I will accept the purchasing challenge with emphasis on poetry books, as I write poetry, mainly. Thanks for the suggestion. Good luck in getting others to adhere. Maybe if we all join together, everyone can be successful. Now to decide who to pick... Hmmmm.......

Thank you for the support and I agree with you both!! Cynthia, you and I think alike...after I posted my challenge I decided that anyone's book I buy and read, I'll review! On Tuesday I'm ordering one for this month....have narrowed down the field between 2 AD authors' books....

I think it's a marvelous idea, too, Cheryl; and like, Cynthia, I've already purchased several AD authors' books, and enjoyed each of them.

If we don't support each other, there really isn't much point to this website.

That is a terrific challenge. I already have several AD author books and they are great. How about we take it another step and post an AD book review on our selection? You're right, writers should support each other. Word of mouth or page under thumb is the best advertising.

Two thumbs up for a great idea! Now who to pick? Dan Summerfield, Chester Campbell, Ed Kostro...my options are endless...
