Check out FilmsandBooks.com, a site that features reviews, interviews, articles, chats and more. This is a great place for authors to promote their books. Ask them to add your link!
I came across this site recently. Films and Books. So I'm sending the info to all my fellow writers.
They have accepted some of my work (to be posted soon). They're screaming for content, so be sure to send them any articles, interviews or reviews. This is great promotion for you and your books!!!! I highly recommend it. I'm sending them my Amazon reviews. :)
For reviews of films and books, all of the following get rated as EXCELLENT, VERY GOOD, GOOD, FAIR, POOR
Premise and Originality:
Characterization:
Dialogue:
Story:
THEN YOU GIVE YOUR RECOMMENDATION:
RECOMMENDATION: Choose from: MUST READ, GOOD READ, OKAY READ, HAS ITS
MOMENTS, PASS ON THIS
For movies it would be: MUST SEE, SHOULD SEE, OKAY, HAS ITS MOMENTS, PASS ON THIS
If this is too much trouble, try to at least give the recommendation.
Oh, and don't forget to include a short byline at the end of each review, article, interview etc. For example, my byline should look like this:
