"Are YOU in your own spiritual "TUNNEL VISION"?

"Trusting in His every Word...Jesus never failed me yet."

Are you trusting the Lord or yourself?

Have you found yourself going round and round in circles just to land back at the same place you was trying to move away from?

What seems to be the problem loved one?

Are you allowing the things of this world to hinder you from the good things the Lord promised in His Word He had for you?

Are you so far gone that you can't tell which way is up or down but been going to church for years and still can't see light at the end of the tunnel?

Are YOU in your own spiritual "TUNNEL VISION"?

www.dictionary.com gives this definition:

tunnel vision
n.
Vision in which the visual field is severely constricted, as from within a tunnel looking out.
An extremely narrow point of view; narrow-mindedness.

Notice what the 2nd definitions states: "An extremely narrow point of view; narrow-mindedness." Wow, that's saying something is anybody following me?

Have you been victimized by satan by yielding to temptation only to feel scared and left all alone not knowing why you feel the way that you do at this current point in time?

Perhaps depressed.....anxious....always upset with no definite answer as into why me Lord?

Let's back track...

Have you solely gave your life unto the Lord or did you take it back when the going gets tough...and the tough got going and in your case it might be down the wrong direction of life? Holla' Amen if you know I'm telling the truth. The truth may hurt and may be cutting you but this is to help you by way of the Holy Ghost ministering right now and not me myself but Jesus The Christ Our Lord and Saviour.

Let us remember what the Word of God said in the book of Hebrews Chapter 12 verses 1 and 2 :

1": Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

"2": Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. (Hebrews Ch 12 vs 1-2)

Now, let us ask ourselves this question and mean it from the heart..no shucking and jiving...playing and being unstable but serious..........."HAVE I DONE THIS LORD?...HAVE I LAID ASIDE EVERY WEIGHT AND THE SIN WHICH DOTH SO EASILY BESET ME? AND DEAR LORD IF I HAVEN'T PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MYSELF RIGHT BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE."



Your not one of these type of saints that believes in putting your religion on the quote on quote "shelf" are you? You know we have a few of those that do such things. But, it should not be Amen.

Have you made a mistake somewhere down the line that you haven't repented for? Could it be that loved one? We have to search ourselves and ask the Lord to show us where we erred and went wrong.

Is the Holy Ghost in the House of Zion this afternoon?

Is there anybody up in here that knows what I'm talking about without getting upset thinking I'm sounding off on any particular individual(s)? ((smiles))

We who are born again are up against principalities...rulers of darkness that are destined to "mess" with us but that's all they can do.

Unless, you try to play footsies with the devil and if you do that your allowing him complete access to the heart of your mind.

Once the devil gets your mind you begin to have different thinking patterns Amen...

Ephesians Chapter 6 vs 12 says this...."12": For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.


Anybody remember silly putty? Well, for those that do great ((smiles)) and for those that don't know anything about it it's ok ya'll here's the connection I'm trying to make.

Kids could use it to make spiders and snakes, wear it on their faces at Halloween-- (The secular world), and we all know that if you took the putty and laid it upon a newspaper print (comic strip) it would "COPY" the newspaper print exactly upon the putty. The devil can mimic a child of God by going through the motions as a saved, sanctified and Holy Ghost filled person but like my mother always says "every dog has its day" and this is true .

But he is never able to stay one certain way for any long length of time. Sooner or later his true self shall be revealed.

Note the above statement... Below you will read "TRUST AND MOVE ON"...WILL YOU DO THAT CHILD OF GOD?

OR WILL YOU BE STUCK IN NEUTRAL FOR THE REMAINDER OF YOUR DAYS? The setting is in EXODUS. That's the book right after Genesis in the Holy Bible. It is made up of 40 Chapters. The word "exodus" means..."GOING OUT".

The book of Exodus deals with a man named MOSES who was adopted as a baby by the DAUGHTER OF PHARAOH, KING OF EGYPT and could have lived as prince. But, he was filled with pity for the suffering of his own people.

MOSES was a HEBREW. He left everything to become their leader. EXODUS is the RECORD of ISRAEL'S BIRTH AS A NATION.

Will you be able to leave EVERYTHING for JESUS?

TRUST AND MOVE ON


Moses received clear instruction as God spoke to him from the burning
bush; "I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring My people the Israelites
out of Egypt" (Exodus 3:10). Moses debated with God regarding his
assignment and pushed God to the limit of His patience: "The Lord's
anger burned against Moses" (Exodus 4:14).

But once he began to follow, Moses maintained a close relationship with
God and witnessed His mighty Hand in many different ways. God worked
through Moses to bring plagues against the Egyptians and to
miraculously bring the Israelites out of Egypt. As Pharaoh released
the Israelites and they began their journey into the desert, Moses
witnessed more of God's power; "By day the Lord went ahead of them in a
pillar of cloud to guide them on their way and by night in a pillar of
fire to give them light" (Exodus 13:21).

But as the Israelites approached the Red Sea, "Pharaoh and his
officials changed their mind" (Exodus 14:5). Every chariot in Egypt
was sent to bring the Israelites back. With no escape route in sight,
and the Egyptian army closing in, the people cried out to God. Moses
tried to calm the people, "The Lord will fight for you: you need only
to be still" (Exodus 14:14), but being still was not in God's plan.

Exodus 14:15-16
"Then the Lord said to Moses, 'Why are you crying out to Me? Tell the
Israelites to move on. Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over
the sea to divide the water so that the Israelites can go through the
sea on dry ground.'"

God had been in close communion with Moses. He had given His direction
and demonstrated His awesome power. Now at this moment of crisis, God
expected Moses to know what to do: "Why are you crying out to Me...move on!"

We must diligently seek His will in stillness and prepare our life to
follow where He leads; "be still and know that He is God" (Psalm
46:10). But we cannot allow our stillness to make us immobile:
"Whoever watches the wind will not plant; whoever looks at the clouds
will not reap" (Ecclesiastes 11:4). The conditions will never feel
perfect nor will we ever feel fully prepared (beware of a never-ending
mission analysis). In the end we must remember: "If God is for us, who
can be against us?" (Romans 8:31).

There will always come a time when God expects us to demonstrate our
faith in what He has provided. Let's prepare for that time by drawing
near and learning to trust in HIS ability. Let's live with an active
faith such that when we know His power, know His provision and know His
direction, we are able to trust and move on.
