My understanding of the most recent theory of the Universe

Something went Bang somewhere way out there. There is evidence of some major source of matter in the visible Universe. Everything seems to be exploding away from some far distant point in the far distant past. Telescopes and mathematicians have such evidence.

But there are anomalies that don’t quite fit in – to name a couple:
Masses of galaxies moving in the wrong directions.
More rapid expansion of the Universe that can be explained by a simple “Bang”.

When great numbers of stars (read galaxies) travel in a different direction, why are they doing so? And what made them go in the direction they are going. It takes massive energy to redirect something as massive as a star. How much energy would it take to redirect a galaxy or galaxies. And what would supply this energy.

And what kind of energy source can speed up the expansion of the Universe.

Perhaps there was more than one “Big Bang”.

A Bang over there producing vast numbers of stars/galaxies all exploding away from their creation site.

Another Bang way out there also creating an equal number of stars/galaxies also traveling exploding away from its creation site.

And yet another over there, and there, and there.

We were not there as observers so all we have is speculation unless one will accept that we are a part of GOD. That could make this into quite a different kind of discussion. Perhaps in a later writing . . .

A recent mathematical concept of the Universe has come forth. It answers a lot of questions, but poses many of its own.

Mathematically, the Universe was created with ten or eleven dimensions, three of which we are familiar with, four if you consider time. Where are the missing or hidden dimensions?

There is a very readable little book “Flatland” written a century ago. It explains the differences of dimensions to individuals living in one, two and three dimensions. Also what experiences one would have with an encounter between citizens of differing dimensions. A bit of personal projection will help us understand how an entity of a higher dimension would relate to us as we are now in only three dimensions.

So how will multiple dimensions appear to us? We certainly can’t see them, so it must be “taken on faith” - unless you are a mathematician. However, the contents of these higher dimensions will have a definite effect on the content of our lower dimension. Gravity should cross the dimensional boundaries because it is a part of our personal Universe with all the dimensions it contains. How about the strange properties of light? and the absolutely weird goings-on in the quantum field?

Rationally, these multiple dimensions exist. That is where GOD lives.

Radio and TV exist at the same time. Both broadcast at the same time and do not interfere with other. Radio has many frequencies that exist together and do not get mixed up. Station frequencies such as 770, 890, 1040, and all the rest cause no interference between themselves.

With this in mind, we can assume another Universe co-existing with ours and NOT interfering with what we know and experience. Add a few more different frequencies, and we can have many – if not an infinite numbers of Universes that co-exist with ours. Mathematically this not only is possible, but probable.

As with radio signals, there is no distance between the different signals, only their sources are distant. Signals are all here at the same time. The only difference is their frequency. Certain instruments can detect radio energy if it is present. Other instruments can detect what the different frequencies may be.

We are only now becoming aware that multi-dimensional energy is there. The specific frequencies will have to wait for now.

To carry this a bit further, think of a case where parallel clothes lines are filled with sheets, blankets, and other items. A breeze, or even a strong wind is blowing causing these sheets and blankets to move. If there is movement, there will be times when contact will be made with neighboring sheets.

Once again stretch you r imagination and assume each sheet is the membrane of an entire universe. (Shorten “membrane” to “brane”.) The sheets brush against one another in the breeze. So do branes occasionally brush against each other. Because each Universe or brane is made up of energy in many forms (remember E=mc2), contact between branes is a contact of energy. Since a Universe is massive and contains awesome amounts of energy, such a contact will transfer huge amounts of energy in both direction causing a pair of “Big Bangs”, one in either Universe and will rejuvenate both Universes.

There is possible evidence of such energy sharing in our own Universe. There are some massive outpourings of energy visible through telescopes that see in various wavelengths – visible and otherwise – outpourings energetic beyond any scientific understanding, with the energy output of more than galactic proportions.

This appears to happen repeatedly over galactic time.

It gives us a better understanding of all that is - ourselves, our relation to nature, to the Universe, and to GOD.
