God is very much interested with each one of us. He knows what we need and He supplies it in astounding ways. This is a true story. It happened in October 1988.

Isaiah 25 : 9
”On that day you will say: This is our God, we have waited for him to save us, we hope and rejoice in his salvation.”

THERE IS A GOD

He was just an ordinary no nonsense guy.

He was baptized as a Catholic so that he can marry his bride.

Their first-born was a son and he loved him very much.

When the boy was almost 2 &1/2 yrs.old, he bumped his head on the side of the wooden bed while munching some raisins.

The Father was aghast to see a gaping wound right between the eyebrows of his child .He was the one who wiped away the dripping blood from his son’s face. He made sure the boy’s hands were clean and kept them away from his wound.

In the emergency room, he deliberated with his wife whether to consent to a general anesthesia before the suturing process. They were apprehensive that it might affect their son’s memory.

In their own limited way, they fervently prayed for God’s help.

THEN, out of nowhere, the boy showed a fistful of dark plump juicy raisins to his parents.

In just one swift motion, he put them all in his mouth.

There was no time to stop him, the boy chewed and swallowed them all in one gulp.

THAT settled the issue, the boy cannot undergo general anesthesia because the raisins would take time to digest.

The suturing was done with local anesthesia administered.

To this day, nobody knew where the plump raisins came from.

He knew his son did not get those raisins from home.

On that fateful day, he KNEW deep in his heart that

THERE INDEED IS A GOD!!!
