RESPONSIBLE BARTENDING SETTING NEW STANDARDS IN MODERSTION...

Responsible liquor service is what professional bartending is all about.
More moderation to health and safety as well as moral obligation and moderation must be the main goal for bartending in today's bar trade business.
Today's bar personnel, by exercising common sense and good judgment, can have a positive effect on the alcohol abuse issue.
Of course bar personnel alone cannot solve the age old problem of alcohol abuse, but it is a start.
Bartenders and servers must be taught how to recognize the signs of an intoxicated person. This part of their jobs should not be their legal obligation but a moral obligation as well.
Responsible bartending starts with the first drink that is served.
Bartending in today's world is not about making a fast buck anymore, and now is the right time for club and bar owners to start enforcing responsible liquor service...
