Why is it commonplace to accept mass shootings as just part of the times?

Men and even women all over the US are committing unspeakable crimes. When it becomes commonplace to read about men and women killing their own children, this crime is an evolution of evil. We are a nation victimized by our own self-gratification, selfishness and narcissism. We want what we want and we want it now. We feel entitlement and have a sense of grandiosity. All evil has a beginning and an evolution. Everyone thinks that these people just up and decide one day to commit an evil act or they just snap. This kind of evil is deep-rooted and develops sometimes in an evil infested environment or an evil infested person who needs no outside stimuli of evil to evolve. This evil is so commonplace that we have coined terms like family annihilators, serial killers, spree killers, etc.. Normally when most people hear Christians talk about Satan, Satanic attacks and Spiritual Warfare they start rolling their eyes and thinking, here we go! But the aftermath of this tragedy has caused those same people to now slightly turn their heads and take note that perhaps, there may be something to this. Satan is real and now everyone should know it and believe it. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12(NKJV). Definition of PRINCIPALITY:The state, office, or authority of a prince; the territory or jurisdiction of a prince; the country that gives the title to a prince. We are the country who has given authority to the prince of darkness. Light and darkness can not coexist. Because there is no light in our country it has been swallowed by darkness. We have become self-absorbed, greedy and selfish. Our lives and our lifestyles are about pleasure and self-gratification. We think that we can live Godless lives swallowing ourselves and our children with sex, guns,violence, promiscuity and lifestyles devoid of all Godliness. I heard about a PlayStation game that has pimps who put girls on the street and if they don’t make enough money the pimp beats and stomps them. When we turn on the TV one of the most acceptable words now on television is bitch. I’m friends with my son on Facebook, the most common words I see used by girls is bitch and hoe to refer to one another. Now schools are being sued because the parents of little Johnny are angry that his rights are being violated because he can’t wear his dresses and makeup.Gun enthusiasts say they have an amendment right to have as many assault rifles that they want. Their argument is that they are normal law-abiding citizens that have a right to have weapons to defend themselves from crazy criminals. Here’s a newsflash for you. You normal law-abiding citizens with no criminal records are the people committing mass murder so you have become the crazy criminal. America has become a nation defined by the right to do what we want and have what we want regardless of who is hurt and damn the consequences. We have given the prince of darkness the power and authority to destroy us. The only way to defeat darkness is with light.When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8:12 (NLT). When I was a young girl Satan waged a violent attack against me. He was determined to kill and destroy me. I left home and was swallowed by the darkness. I was a good Catholic girl devoured by drug addiction and working for an escort service. I dated drug dealers and gangsters and was steeped in sin and muck. But Jesus sent me and Angel and by his grace and mercy I was saved. I’m still a sinner but I have seen the light. I want you to know the light is there but as a nation we must grab it. If we don’t, this tragedy is just one of many to come. We ask, what would possess someone to do something so unspeakable. Satan is alive and well and has sent his demons to possess the minds of ordinary people, he is what has possessed this person to commit these evil crimes. I know first hand what he is capable of. An already unstable mind is no match for the power of darkness. God is the only One who can help us now. After 911, all of a sudden the entire nation wanted to pray. Everyone was running to church. All of our presidents attended services together. My son’s school actually allowed them to pray! As soon as the imminent threat was over everyone went back to their lives and forgot all about praying and attending church. We can’t just run to God yelling save us today and every other day you have nothing to do with Him. We must pray unceasingly. We must make Him an intricate part of our lives and we must do it as a nation. We must cover our nation with the light, therefore eliminating the darkness and the prince who rules over it will no longer rule us.
