I have a secret, have you heard?
WHAT'S THE SECRET...THE SECRET LIES WITHIN YOU!
There is a new phenomena going around and it is quite catchy, selling thousands of books wherever it is place, repeated Television shows/interviews and a host of want to believe believers, it's called "THE SECRET".
The book "The Secret" cannot last on a book-store-shelf for one hour before becoming sold-out, so what's all the hype? People are desperate, desperate to survive, searching for something greater than they think of themselves, they have a need, and most of all they want to believe in something at no cost, maybe easier? But, the real truth is "The Secret" already lies within them. I was curious about the hype-mania, so I decided to get the book; after-all it's a new phenomena that has taken up an entire hour on Oprah's show, it has to be good, I thought. To be honest, I have to say it shared some interesting insights, but nothing I haven't heard before.
After reading "The Secret", I quickly discovered there really is no secret, at last no secret you've have not heard before. If you just trace back to the Ole tales stories told to you by your grand-parent's and parent's infinite wisdom, then you have discovered the "The Secret" . I must admit I was amuse by all of the great "phenomenal spiritual wisdomners" if that is such a word, but I was more concern with all of the hoopla this new age phenomena has caused.
Putting it mildly people are looking for more: anything to feel good, anything to make them curious, anything to show them how to get ahead, anything to gain insight, anything to be in the know, or the tools they need to make it work, how to become successful, but you know and I know not everyone will be rich. Perhaps people are looking to just belong, to believe in something other than who they should believe in and that is the GREAT I AM. The bottom-line folks, nothing is never by accident, and your destiny is already designed for you. And if you want to believe in something, you have to believe in yourself. You decide the choices of your life, despite God's gracious wishes for you to choose life and not death. The bottom-line is, success comes by determination, commitment, dedication, perseverance, being focus, stability, and many prayers.
So the next time you hear someone telling you about "The Secret", kindly look them in the eyes, and say, "I am the Secret", because of who and what you are, and believe in, and that success measures what you will receive and become.

Yes, it would be fantastic if all individuals believed in themselves but unfortunately they do not always do so. Perhaps through neglect, or improper rearing, or abuse certain individuals have failed to have this manifestation.

Greetings, my friend. I am new to AD and growing up quickly. I have not published my work yet but, expect to do so this year. I am very interested in purchasing your book. My oldest son is an ex-soldier who served in Iraq. I am eager to read of your experience in the military and because I understand politics as an ocean needing very strong, purposeful women--I hope you are very successful in your endeavors.
